Dr Manaouda Malachie, has decried serious acts of vandalism on ambulances mobilised to provide assistance to the population by certain individuals driven by violence in various areas throughout the country.In a Press Release, D13-404 of October 28, 2025, Minister Manaouda condemned in the strongest terms, these obstacles to the health and safety of the population.He frowned that these irresponsible actions are contrary to human values and compromise the provision of emergency care.The minister has reiterated that medical teams and emergency vehicles are neutral and apolitical, mobilised solely to save lives, without any distinction.Manaouda has called on the population to remain calm, act responsibly, show solidarity, and respect human dignity.He has reaffirmed government’s commitment in ensuring continuity of care, protection of patients, and the safety of healthcare workers throughout the national territory.
