About nine new occupants have been elected into the House of Chiefs in the North West and South West regions in the November 30, 2025, regional elections in Cameroon.
Prominent among them are Chief Etina Monono of Great Soppo, Buea; Fon Viyuoh Nelson of Kedjom Ketinguh; Fon Ndung Nuhu Mvo Saidou of Waindo; Chief Molive Molungu Otto of Batoke; Fon Amidu Nji of Nkambe; Chief Ndike Kombe of Mondoni; Fon Ngufor of Njong; Fon Azah Kundi Samuel of Benakuma; and, Fon Ju Wilson Yoabum of Koshin.
They were elected for a 5-year term of office in Cameroon’s second regional elections after the first in 2019.
