The Kumba I Subdivisional Council in Meme Division has purchased a brand new tipper truck for local development.
This marks a significant addition to its fleet.
The latest acquisition falls in line with the vision of the Mayor of Kumba I Subdivisional Council, Prince Eseme Moses Esembe.
This is to build a robust equipment pool for the council, enhancing its capacity to deliver quality services to the community.
The truck was received on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the esplanade of the council by Mayor Eseme, alongside some municipal councillors and well wishers.
The truck comes to add to the existing Caterpillar, strengthening the council’s machinery arsenal that will enable it tackle developmental projects with increased efficiency and effectiveness.
The machineries are vital in various operations such as the maintenance of roads and infrastructures; supporting community development projects; and, enhancing waste management and sanitation.
